Blend (blendapp.ai), an event ticketing and registration platform for organizers in Lebanon and the UAE, handled free RSVPs against a 200-spot cap and QR check-in at the door, the same system behind Run Club Beirut's 15+ other community runs.

For this one-off edition, Run Club Beirut teamed up with the Sabah El Kheir podcast (@sabahelkheirpodcast, hosted by Linda Christina) for a Sunday morning run starting at Roselane Café in Pasteur, Beirut, on 18 October 2026, followed by a café meetup together. Per the event's own listing, the day also brought back a limited-edition "Sabah El Kheir Smoothie" for one day only and limited-run T-shirts for the first arrivals, open to all running levels.

Linda Christina is a well-known content creator in Lebanon, with an established following on TikTok that she's built alongside her work as the host and publisher of Sabah El Kheir, a Society & Culture podcast she launched in August 2024. Recorded in a mix of Arabic and English and opening, true to its name, with "Sabah el kheir!" ("good morning!"), each episode pairs her own personal stories with a guest conversation about the realities of navigating adulthood. As of October 2026 the show has put out 32 episodes on a roughly biweekly schedule, available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, where listeners have rated it 5.0 out of 5.
Recent episodes have ranged from a conversation with a psychiatrist on anxiety and ADHD to interviews on fashion and plastic surgery, the kind of wide-ranging, personal territory that carried over into the Sabah El Kheir Run itself, where several attendees wore "Mental Health Hero" t-shirts alongside the event's own branding.

A collab event like this has a short runway and two audiences to reach at once: Run Club Beirut's regular runners and the Sabah El Kheir podcast's own following. It needed a registration flow that could go live fast, cap sign-ups at a venue-sized limit, and still produce one clean attendee list rather than two separate ones.
Because it was free, there was also no natural reason for anyone to finish registering rather than just showing up unannounced, which is exactly the gap that turns a free RSVP into an unreliable headcount if nothing enforces it.
Run Club Beirut ran the whole RSVP and check-in flow on Blend, the same event ticketing platform organizers in Lebanon and the UAE use every week, on top of the same account that runs its other 15+ community runs.
The listing went up about a week before the run, with a hard cap of 200 free spots so the venue never had to turn people away at the door.
Confirmation emails and WhatsApp tickets went out the moment someone registered, no manual follow-up needed.
Runners who found the event through Run Club Beirut and through Sabah El Kheir all registered into the same flow, so the two communities landed in one list instead of two.
Staff scanned attendees in with a QR code at Roselane Café, so the club knows not just who signed up but who actually showed.
A one-off collab event like this raises a few problems a standing weekly run doesn't have to solve.
A one-off, free, capped collab event still produced a complete, known sign-up list and a real door count, in the same week the listing went up.
Sabah El Kheir Run shows that Run Club Beirut can spin up a one-off, co-branded event alongside its regular weekly runs without building anything new: the same Blend account, the same free-RSVP-plus-QR-check-in setup, pointed at a new venue, a new partner and a hard capacity cap, still in time for the following Sunday.
