Version 1.1  ·  Last updated 22 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Blend FZC LLC (“Blend”, “we”, “us”), Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 4417899.01), is the controller of the personal data described here, except where an Organizer acts as controller for the data generated by its own Events (see Section 6).

6. Organizers as independent controllers

When you buy or attend through an Organizer’s Event, that Organizer receives the attendee and purchaser data for its Event and acts as an independent controller of it, subject to its own privacy notice and to applicable law. Blend provides that data to the Organizer as part of the service. Blend is not responsible for how an Organizer uses data once delivered; your rights against the Organizer are exercised with the Organizer directly.

7. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data.

8. AI features

Parts of the Platform use artificial intelligence. Our assistant (“Blenny”) answers questions about an Organizer’s own events and sales, drafts events from a description, and can be used by voice. This section explains what that means for your data.

What is processed

Who processes it

We do not build our own models. The processing is carried out by Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) and ElevenLabs (speech synthesis and transcription), acting as our service providers on our instructions. These providers may process the content outside your country of residence. See Section 9.

We do not train our own models on your personal data, and our agreements with these providers do not permit them to use content sent through our accounts to train theirs.

What we do before content is sent

Before workspace data is sent to a model, it is passed through an automated filter that removes credential-shaped values (such as keys and tokens) and marks free text written by third parties so it is treated as data rather than as instructions. We also apply content-safety settings to the models we call. These measures reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

Accuracy, and what AI is not used for

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is provided to assist you, not as financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and you remain responsible for what you do with it — including checking any event, price or communication drafted with its help before you publish or send it.

We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or that similarly significantly affect you. Decisions about payouts, refunds, account restrictions and access are made by people, using automated systems only as an input.

Reporting AI responses

Where an AI response is shown to you, you can report it from the screen it appears on. A report sends us the question, the response and the conversation it belongs to, so that our team can review it. Reports are reviewed by people, not resolved automatically. You can also contact us using the details in Section 17.

Retention

Conversation history is kept, and trimmed to recent messages, so a conversation stays coherent between turns; reported conversations are kept for as long as needed to review and act on the report. Voice recordings are processed to produce a transcript and are not retained by us beyond that processing. See Section 10 for our general approach to retention.

Children

The AI features are part of the Organizer tools and are not directed to children. See Section 14.

9. International transfers

Blend operates from the UAE and works with partners in Lebanon and other countries, so your data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, including contractual safeguards, as required by applicable law.

10. Retention

Retention of AI conversations and voice recordings is described in Section 8. Otherwise, we keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to provide the Platform, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Transaction and financial records are typically retained for the period required by law; account and usage data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

11. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted processing. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including, where relevant, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Lebanese data-protection provisions, and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; receive a copy in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and some rights are subject to legal limits.

13. Marketing choices

You can opt out of marketing at any time through the unsubscribe link in our messages, your account settings, or by contacting us. We may still send you essential service messages about your account, orders and Events.

14. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

15. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, where you can also manage your preferences.

16. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
