Warming up the decks…
Give every promoter their own code and tracked link, see exactly how many tickets each one sold, and settle commission from numbers nobody can argue with.
Most promoter teams still run on screenshots, a shared spreadsheet and memory. The night ends, somebody adds it up, and the count never matches what each promoter believes they brought in.
On Blend, attribution happens at checkout. Each sale that comes through a promoter's code or link is recorded against that promoter when the buyer pays, on the same system that issues the ticket and scans it at the door. It is part of the Blend ticketing platform, not a separate tool to reconcile.
Add a promoter and they get a code. The code works two ways at once: it credits the sale to them, and it can give their buyers a discount you choose, so there is a reason to use it.
For every promoter in the list you see the tickets attributed to them, the revenue those tickets brought in, the commission they have earned, what you have already paid and what is still owed. Open one to see their sales event by event.
Referrals that do not qualify under your rules are listed separately with the reason, so a number that looks too good can be checked.
You decide how each promoter is rewarded, and Blend does the arithmetic.
You pay your promoters the way you already do. Blend keeps the record: each promoter's page shows what is owed now, you record a payout when you make one with the amount, the currency and a note, and the history stays with the promoter. The owed figure moves as you go.
Promoters stop asking you for their numbers when they can see them. Send a promoter a private link to their own dashboard: it is read only, it shows their performance and nothing else, and you can revoke the link at any time. If you sell from a white-label ticketing website, the dashboard link uses your domain.
Open Promoters in the organizer console and add each person with a code. Create an event first if you are new to Blend.
Choose what each promoter earns and what their buyers save.
Copy each promoter's tracked link for the event and send it to them, with their dashboard link.
Follow tickets per promoter as they sell, then record payouts against what is owed.
Promoter tracking matters most where sales are driven by people: club nights, concerts and festivals. See nightlife events on Blend and how the same codes work for concert ticketing.
Promoters are part of Blend's paid plans. See how pricing works, read about ticketing in Lebanon, or contact us to move your promoter team over.
Give each promoter their own code and tracked link on Blend. Every sale made with that code or through that link is credited to the promoter at checkout, and the promoter list shows tickets and revenue for each one.
Yes. A promoter's code doubles as a discount code, with a discount you choose for their buyers.
By the rules you set for each promoter: a share of the sale or a flat amount per sale, with optional tiers that change the commission after a number of sales. Blend shows what each promoter has earned and what is still owed.
No. You pay promoters yourself and record each payout in Blend, which keeps the history and updates what is still owed.
Yes. You can send each promoter a private link to a read only dashboard that shows their own performance. You can revoke the link at any time.
You choose the rule: first touch credits the first promoter the buyer came through, last touch credits the most recent one.
