Warming up the decks…
Put a show on sale with the seat map buyers expect, release tickets in waves, hand codes to your promoters, and scan the room in from any phone on the night.
For a seated show, draw the room once: rows, sections and tables. Buyers pick their own seats on the event page and see what is taken. A seat is held while the buyer checks out, so two people cannot pay for the same chair, and the door sees which seat each ticket belongs to.
Standing shows skip the map: set a quantity for each ticket type and sell general admission. Dinner shows and lounges can sell whole tables from the same map.
Selling in waves rewards the fans who commit early and gives you a reason to post again. On Blend each wave is a ticket type with its own price, its own quantity and its own sale dates. Set early release, second release and final release up front, and each one opens and closes on the dates you chose.
When an artist plays more than one night, or an early and a late show, add each as a show on the same event. Buyers choose their show, every show has its own tickets, and on the night each scanner is issued for one show, so a ticket for the late show does not get into the early one.
Concerts sell through people. Give every promoter a code and a tracked link, and see the tickets and revenue each one brought in. See the promoter dashboard.
Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and on events priced in US dollars they can also pay with Whish. They see the ticket price, the processing fee as its own line and the total before paying. The ticket arrives by email as a QR code, with a PDF and a pass for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
For a high demand show, turn on the rotating barcode: the QR refreshes on a timer and a forwarded screenshot does not scan.
Your door team scan tickets with a phone camera. Issue each phone a scanner code and it becomes a door, with no login to share. A valid ticket is admitted, a ticket that was already scanned is flagged, and you see the count climbing from wherever you are. More on access control and check in. Running bars on the night? Add cashless payments.
Add the artist, date, venue and artwork. Create an event to start.
Draw the seat map, or set a capacity for a standing show.
Add each release with its price, quantity and sale dates.
Give promoters their links and send the presale code to your list.
Scan at the door, then follow the money to your payout in the console.
The processing fee is paid by the buyer at checkout and payouts land in your account within days of the event. See how pricing works. Seat maps, shows and promoters are part of Blend's paid plans. Create the event on Blend, add a seat map or a capacity, set up your ticket waves with prices and sale dates, and share the event link. Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Whish on US dollar events, and receive a QR ticket.
Yes. Draw a seat map for the venue and buyers pick their seats on the event page. Each seat is held while the buyer pays, so it cannot be sold twice.
A wave is a release of tickets at a set price, such as early release or final release. On Blend each wave is a ticket type with its own price, quantity and sale dates, and it opens and closes on the dates you set.
Turn on an access code for the event. Only buyers who enter the code can reach the booking flow.
Scan the QR code on each ticket with a phone camera, from the organizer console or from a phone paired as a door scanner. A ticket that was already scanned is flagged.
