Warming up the decks…
Faster queues at every booth and live sales data for every vendor.
Every guest gets a wallet for your event. They put money in it once, then pay at every bar, food stand and shop with a tap of an NFC wristband or a scan of the QR code already on their ticket. No change to count, no card machine to pass around, and no guest leaving the queue to find a cash machine.
The wallet belongs to the event and sits on the same system as your ticketing and door scanning, so the person who bought the ticket, walked through the gate and bought three drinks is one guest in your records, not three separate lists.
There are two ways to carry the wallet, and an event can use either or both.
Each bar, stand or shop is a booth with its own menu and prices. You add it in the console, give it a pairing code, and its staff type that code into a phone to turn it into a till. They pick items, the guest taps or shows their QR, and the sale is recorded against that booth.
A bar can run from a structured drinks menu, and a bar with table mode can charge drinks to a table on your seat map. Tills can also record cash sales, so a booth's whole take lands in one report. You can pause or close a booth at any time.
Top-up booths and vendor tills are different devices on purpose. A booth can add money and cannot charge. A till can charge and cannot add money. Losing one device does not open both doors.
The live view shows spend per booth and each tap as it lands, so you can see which bar is slammed and which one needs stock before anyone radios you. After the event, each vendor's sales, your commission and what they are owed are worked out in the Payouts tab instead of counted by hand.
Open the Cashless tab of your event and switch the wallet on. Create an event first if you do not have one yet.
Create a booth for each bar, stand and shop, with its menu and prices.
Give each booth its pairing code for the till phones, and set up your top-up booths the same way.
Pair wristbands as guests arrive, or let them pay with the QR on their ticket.
Follow sales per booth during the event and settle vendors afterwards from the Payouts tab.
Cashless pays off wherever many people buy many small things in a short time: festivals, large concerts, club nights and food events. See how it fits a festival, and browse festivals on Blend.
Cashless is part of Blend's paid plans. See how pricing works, read about ticketing in Lebanon, or contact us to plan the setup for your venue.
Each guest has a wallet for the event. They add money to it, then pay at bars and vendors by tapping an NFC wristband or showing the QR code on their ticket. Every sale is recorded against the vendor that made it.
No. A wristband is one option. Guests can also pay by showing the QR code on their ticket, which the vendor's till scans to charge their wallet.
By card from their phone, or with cash at a top-up booth on site. Top-up booths run on their own paired devices and cannot charge a guest.
The organizer can return a guest's remaining balance from the console, and can refund an individual sale back to the wallet.
A phone. Each vendor till is a phone paired to its booth with a code from the organizer console. Tapping a wristband needs a phone that can read NFC; scanning a ticket QR only needs a camera.
Yes. The live view in the organizer console shows spend per booth and each tap as it happens.
