Whish payments
Accept Whish payments for your event tickets
Many buyers in Lebanon would rather pay from their Whish wallet than type a card number. On Blend they can: Whish sits next to card at checkout, and the ticket is issued the moment Whish confirms the payment.
What the buyer sees
Paying with Whish takes a few taps and no card details.
- The buyer picks their tickets on your event page and chooses Whish as the payment method.
- Blend sends them to Whish, where they approve the payment in their Whish app.
- As soon as Whish confirms, the buyer lands back on the confirmation page with their QR ticket, which also arrives by email and in the Blend app.
What you see as the organizer
A Whish order looks like any other order in your console: the guest is on your guest list, the ticket scans at the door, and the sale shows in the Finance page with the payment method and the fee separated out. There are no transfer screenshots to check and no names to match against amounts by hand.
How to turn it on
Whish is offered at checkout on events priced in US dollars. Price your tickets in USD and buyers see Whish next to card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Events priced in other currencies, such as AED, use card checkout.
How the money reaches you
Whish sales are settled to you with the rest of your sales, and every one is in the Finance page of your console. Payouts land in your account within days of the event.
Fees for Whish payments
