Bike Club Tripoli is a new concept: 8 a.m. morning bike rides in Tripoli, Lebanon, open to riders on five different kinds of bike, singles, doubles, four-wheel bikes, tricycles, and a bike that carries a child, each sold as its own ticket type. More than four rides have run so far, each averaging 50 to 70 registrations.
The same organizer also runs Walk Club Tripoli on Blend, the same concept on foot. A related club, Bike Club Beirut, runs the same idea in Beirut, organized separately by the Run Club Beirut team.

Before Blend, Bike Club Tripoli was not using anything. There was no registration system of any kind for a ride with several bike categories and a rental supplier who needed exact counts in advance.
The organizer did not know how to handle several ticket types across several rides, and whatever data existed was scattered across Excel sheets from here and there, with no clean way to hand a count to the people supplying the bikes.
Bike Club Tripoli now runs ticket sales, check-in and payouts on Blend, all from one system. It is the same event ticketing platform organizers in Lebanon use for everything from community runs to exclusive parties.
Each bike category, singles, doubles, four wheels, tricycle, and a bike that carries your kid, is its own ticket type, so demand per bike is known in advance.
The club has its own branded page, ready for every new ride, without rebuilding anything from scratch.
Riders are checked in by QR code at the start of each ride, so the organizer knows who actually showed up.
Unfinished purchases are followed up automatically, recovering sales that would otherwise be lost.
The money is wired to the organizer within days of the event, through Stripe Connect abroad or Whish locally, with fees deducted automatically.
The organizer exports an Excel file straight from Blend's dashboard and hands it to the bike rental supplier, with the exact count of each bike category ready to go.

Bike Club Tripoli is proof that a ticketing platform can carry an event through its hardest logistics problem: knowing exactly how much equipment to bring, from a supplier outside the event itself.
Across more than four rides, Bike Club Tripoli went from no system at all to a dashboard that knows exactly how many people want which bike, where, and what time they bought, with the money already wired to the organizer.
| Ticket type | Bike category | Tracked for |
|---|---|---|
| Single | One rider | Supplier count, QR check-in |
| Double | Tandem, two riders | Supplier count, QR check-in |
| Four wheels | Four-wheel bike | Supplier count, QR check-in |
| Tricycle | Three-wheel bike | Supplier count, QR check-in |
| Kid carrier | A bike that carries your kid | Supplier count, QR check-in |
Bike Club Tripoli is proof that Blend's ticket types can solve a logistics problem most ticketing platforms never touch: knowing exactly what equipment to bring, for a supplier outside the event itself. When the organizer handed the rental shop an Excel file exported straight from Blend, they told her it was the first clean handoff they had ever received. She did not even understand why that was special, because on Blend it had been that easy.
