Blend is the back end behind AndMore Ventures' Christmas 2026 season in Lebanon, the biggest pre-Christmas season in the country: three productions, 27+ shows, 270,000+ expected attendees and a marketing budget above 1.2 million US dollars, white-labeled end to end on Blend over eight months. Thanks to Blend, the organizer runs its own website, every press and sponsor partner, the fintech partner's POS and 800+ on-ground staff from one account, with all the data in one place.

Blend is the event ticketing and registration platform behind AndMore Ventures' Christmas 2026 season: three productions in three venues, with Artists and More Entertainment and Crazy Events as co-producers and Monty, AndMore's fintech partner, as main sponsor.

The three official videos above were produced by AndMore Ventures and point every viewer to the same place: the official tickets, sold on Blend and on andmoreventures.co.
By AndMore's own numbers it is the biggest pre-Christmas season in Lebanon: 270,000+ expected attendees across the three productions and a marketing budget above 1.2 million US dollars. Every ad, every link and every partner channel bought with that budget sends buyers to one place, Blend's inventory, so every dollar of marketing is measured to the ticket it sold.
Each production is a parent event on Blend, and each show inside it is a sub-event with its own date, seat map, ticket types and guest list: the Home Alone Movie Experience at Christmas Around the World and Maritta Hallani Live at Noël Wonders are two of the more than 27 shows. Buyers see one season on Christmas in Lebanon; AndMore sees every show separately in one Blend console.
Eight months, from the first event draft to the first show on 29 November 2026. Blend did not shorten the creative work: the villages, the shows and the artists took the time they take. What Blend removed was the technical chain around them, so AndMore's team spent those months on the production, not on joining five vendors.
Yes: andmoreventures.co is AndMore Ventures' own website, with Blend as its full back end. andmoreventures.co calls itself the official box office; every event, show time, seat and ticket on it comes from Blend, and checkout is powered by Blend.

This is the part most organizers worry about: will a white-label site stay in sync with the ticketing behind it? On Blend there is nothing to sync, because there is one inventory. A seat bought on andmoreventures.co turns unavailable on Blend in the same moment, and the reverse.
Blend also sends its own traffic. The same productions are listed on Blend's Discover page and in the Blend app, so buyers who never heard of AndMore find the shows on Blend and buy into the same seat map, under AndMore's name. The organizer keeps its own brand and its own domain, and gains a second front door. Blend is AI-native event commerce, the Shopify for events, with a marketplace built in.

Blend is the back end that controls everything AndMore runs, from the first click to the last scan, while buyers, partners and staff only ever see AndMore's brand.

Thanks to Blend, AndMore did not stitch a website builder, a ticketing tool, a messaging tool, a POS supplier and a scanner company together. Everything is integrated end to end on Blend: the buyer who clicks an ad lands on andmoreventures.co, picks a seat on Blend's seat map, receives the ticket on WhatsApp, walks through a BlendOS gate and pays at a Monty terminal, and every step lands on the same record in AndMore's Blend dashboard.
Blend's role-based access control (RBAC) gives each partner a login scoped to what their job needs: one show, one seat map, one allocation of tickets or one sales dashboard, never the whole account.
AndMore Ventures runs Christmas 2026 on one Blend organizer account. Inside it sit 150 PR agency users, the media partners, the sponsors, the fintech partner, the box office and the ground team, each with their own login and role. Nobody shares a password, and the organizer can change or revoke any access in one click.

Every press conference and avant-premiere for the season ran on Blend as a private sub-event: invitation only, with its own guest list and its own seat map where the room is seated. Invitations went out from Blend, each guest received a ticket PDF by email and on WhatsApp, with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and reminders went out before the day. At the door, the same QR was scanned by BlendOS, so AndMore knew which journalist, sponsor and guest arrived.

Blend integrated AndMore's fintech partner Monty, going the extra mile for an enterprise client. Monty is the main sponsor of the season and sells through its own channel partners. On Blend, each channel partner works from a branch dashboard: it sells into the same seat maps, prints or sends the ticket, and closes its day with settlements and Z-reports. Monty sees its own channels, AndMore sees all of them, and no sale lives outside Blend.
Buyers online pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Whish on US dollar events. For this season Blend added Monty and Aramex cash on delivery to AndMore's checkout, for this enterprise client only, with the procedures and support that come with them.
Blend runs the ground for all three productions and is integrated with Monty, AndMore's fintech partner, so Monty's POS terminals work inside Blend's on-ground system instead of beside it.
This is the pain point most enterprise organizers name first: the payment partner's terminals report to one system, the ticketing to another and the gates to a third, and nobody can say what the night made until days later. Thanks to Blend, AndMore sees it as it happens, and Monty sees its own channel without seeing anything else.
Blend connects to 400+ tools out of the box, and builds what an enterprise client needs beyond them.
The custom work is the point of this case study. Blend's 400+ integrations cover most organizers, and an enterprise client like AndMore gets integrations built for its own partners on top, on the same account and the same data.
More than 800 on-ground staff work the three productions on one Blend system. Every device, Android or iOS phone, tablet or POS machine, runs BlendOS with a code issued from the dashboard, and every person has a role: gate, box office, upgrade, cashless, bar or supervisor. AndMore watches entries, sales and takings live across the three venues. See access control and cashless payments for how the ground runs.
Blend is built with GDPR compliance, and scoped roles are how it holds in practice. A PR agency sees a seat map, not a buyer list. An invitation partner sees the guests she invited, not the others. A channel partner sees its own branch. The buyer data belongs to AndMore Ventures, the organizer, and every change of access is recorded, so 150 agencies and dozens of partners can work in one account without one record leaking to the wrong person.
Thanks to Blend, AndMore Ventures has everything in one place, powered by Blend: the brand stays AndMore's, and Blend is the back end that controls the rest.
One parent event per production, one sub-event per show, each with its own seat map and guest list.
Your domain and your brand in front, Blend's seat map and checkout behind, Blend's Discover page and app as a second front door.
PR agencies, media, sponsors and fintech partners each get their own login, limited to their shows and numbers.
Invitation partners pick seats and send tickets themselves, up to the limit you set.
Blend's 400+ integrations cover most events, and Blend builds custom ones for enterprise clients, as it did with Monty and Aramex cash on delivery.
