Registered with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism as an API ticket seller.Blend Live For exhibitions, Sport & Recreational Events Tickets Selling LLC SOC. Registration covers the seller; each event still needs its own permits and ticketing approval.

Who sells your tickets
Blend Live is the ticketing arm of Blend Group responsible for ticketed events in Dubai. It is the company registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) as an API ticket seller, so it is the seller you appoint when your event applies for ticketing. Blend is the technology underneath: the event page, checkout, organizer console and door scanning. You deal with one team from first call to event day.
An API ticket seller is a ticketing platform that DET has integrated with its e-ticketing system. DET requires ticket sellers for Dubai-based events to be integrated this way.
DET publishes its list of approved ticket sellers and registration providers on its Issue event tickets service page.
What we help you do
We gather your event details, shape the ticket categories with you and coordinate what DET’s ticketing application needs from the seller side.
Your event goes on sale on a Blend event page or your own branded ticketing website, with checkout in AED.
Entry runs on the same system that sold the tickets, so the door sees every valid ticket.
The Dubai process
Date, venue, format, expected attendance and current permit status.
We confirm who does what, the documents your application needs and the appointment of Blend Live as your ticket seller. DET asks organizers to consult their appointed ticket seller before submitting the ticketing application, and we review it with you.
Ticket categories, prices and the approved event details go into Blend, along with checkout and entry setup.
Once the event has its approvals, we launch the ticketing experience and prepare for event-day operations.
Good to know
DET registration applies to the ticket seller. Your event still needs its own applicable permits and ticketing approvals.
The organizer or its authorized representative handles the event-permit application unless your agreed Blend service explicitly includes that work. Blend guides, coordinates and delivers the ticketing. Blend does not issue permits.

Before the first call
The full documentation checklist depends on the event. DET lists a passport copy of the event organizer and a venue NOC for all event permits, with extra requirements by event type. A ticketed event also needs a valid ticketed event permit, a venue NOC and an appointed ticket seller before the ticketing application.
Please don’t send permits, passports or other documents through the enquiry form. We’ll agree a secure way to share what’s needed after the first call.
