We Run So Jad Can Keep Walking.
Meet Jad, an 11-year-old boy battling Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a rare genetic disease that progressively weakens his muscles and threatens his ability to walk.
While other children his age run and play football, Jad fights every day to preserve his strength and mobility.
Today, Jad has hope through Elevidys gene therapy, a treatment that could help slow the progression of his disease. But the treatment costs approximately $3 million, far beyond his family’s reach.
